Campaign Preview
Gammadyne Mailer allows you to preview, edit, and delete emails before they are sent. The Preview Window displays exactly what is going out, and to whom. This helps you verify that personalization is working as expected, and avoid job-sacrificing mistakes.
Since all the emails are held in memory at the same time, there is a limit on how many emails can appear on the Preview Window. You can adjust this limit be editing the "Preview Limit" field on the Send branch. However, don't set it too high as it could crash Gammadyne Mailer.
Features
- The message body, headers, and attachments can be modified for any recipient. This is useful if there is no way to implement automated personalization.
- For testing delivery, a message can be redirected to your own email address (click on the recipient, then click the "Test" button).
- Individual recipients can be removed from the mailing (click on the recipient, then click the "Discard" button).
- You may select multiple recipients by holding down the Ctrl or Shift key while clicking. The Discard, Send, and Test tools will operate on all selected recipients.
- The raw MIME code for a particular email can be displayed. Morbid curiosity required.
Configuration
To make the Preview Window appear, check the "Preview Emails" box (on the Send branch).
